What is the Woof World Community?
Woof World Community is a space where dog lovers can connect, share stories, post photos, and support rescues and pet-friendly brands.
Do I need an account to join the community?
Yes, creating a free account allows you to post, comment, and interact with other members.
Can I share my dog’s photos and videos?
Absolutely! You can upload photos and videos of your dog and share memorable moments with the community.
How do I interact with other members?
You can like posts, comment, follow members, and participate in discussions across the platform.
Is the community moderated?
Yes, we monitor content to keep the environment safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.
Can businesses participate in the community?
Yes, pet-related brands and services are welcome to join, share helpful content, and engage with dog lovers.
How do I report inappropriate content?
You can use the report option on any post or contact our support team through the Help & Support page.
Is it free?
We offer both free and paid tiers. The paid version unlocks premium benefits and supports local rescue organizations.

For Sellers
How does selling on Woof World Marketplace work?
You create your seller account, build your storefront presence, list products or services, manage pricing and inventory, and sell directly to customers through the marketplace.
What are storefronts, and how do I choose the right one?
Woof World Marketplace is organized into specialized storefronts to help customers find the right products and services faster. When you create listings, you’ll choose the storefront that best matches what you’re offering — this improves visibility, relevance, and buyer trust.
Storefronts include:- Dog Store – Premium dog products: accessories, toys, food, and everyday essentials.
- Dog Pros – Professional services: training, grooming, veterinary care, and expert support.
- Dog Life – Lifestyle and experiences: travel, wellness, and modern dog-parent living.
- Music Studio – Dog-inspired music: playlists, calming audio, and original compositions.
- For Humans – Products for dog lovers: apparel, home items, accessories, and merch.
- Art Gallery – Artwork and custom creations: portraits, prints, and unique dog-inspired pieces.
Good to know: If you sell multiple product types or offer multiple services, you can select multiple storefronts during signup and list each offering in the best-fit storefront. You’ll see these options on the seller application page: marketplace.woofworld.com/sell.
How do I become a seller?
Apply through our seller signup page: marketplace.woofworld.com/sell. Applications are reviewed to ensure quality, safety, and alignment with marketplace standards.
Are there fees or commissions?
Sellers may be subject to marketplace commissions and/or service fees. These are shared during onboarding and included in the seller agreement.
How and when do sellers get paid?
Payments are processed through the marketplace and released to sellers according to the payout schedule after orders are successfully completed.
Who handles shipping and fulfillment?
Sellers handle packaging, shipping, fulfillment, and tracking updates for their own orders. Keep handling times and shipping settings accurate to avoid delays and improve customer satisfaction.
How are returns, refunds, and disputes handled?
Sellers set their return and refund policies. If a dispute comes up, the marketplace may assist to help reach a fair resolution for both sides.
What standards must sellers follow?
Sellers are expected to maintain strong customer service, accurate listings, timely fulfillment, and compliance with marketplace policies to keep the marketplace trusted and high-quality.
For Customers
Do I need to register to vote?
Woof World Marketplace is a pet-focused online marketplace where you can discover and purchase products from multiple trusted sellers in one place.
Can I buy from multiple sellers at once?
Yes. You can check out with items from different sellers. Each seller processes and ships their items separately, so deliveries may arrive in multiple packages.
How are payments handled?
Payments are securely processed through the marketplace. Your payment is protected and handled according to marketplace policies.
Who is responsible for shipping?
Each seller is responsible for shipping their products. Shipping cost and delivery time can vary depending on the seller and your location.
What if I need a return or refund?
Return and refund policies may vary by seller and are shown on the product or seller store page. If you need help, our support team can assist.
Is my account and payment information secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and transactions.

What is the Paw Pass?
Paw Pass is our subscription that gives you early voting access, extra votes, exclusive content and chances to win giveaways and gear.
Is it free?
We offer both free and paid tiers. The paid version unlocks premium benefits and supports local rescue organizations.
COMPETITION
How do the brackets work?
Brands compete in weekly brackets. Voters pick their favorites to move forward to the next round until one top dog emerges as the winner.
VOTING
Do I need to register to vote?
Nope! You can cast a vote without registering. But if you sign up or subscribe to our Paw Pass, you unlock extra votes, giveaways and exclusive content.
How many times can I vote?
You can vote once per matchup each round. Paw Pass subscribers get bonus votes and early access to brackets.
Can I vote for more than one category?
Yes! Each product category (like Tech & Services or Consumer Goods) has its own bracket — you can vote in all of them.
